Celebrate Valentine’s Day a little differently this year. Be My Mahj Valentine is a women’s social gathering at Hartsel Ranch designed for connection, conversation, and a shared love of Mahjong. Whether you’re a seasoned player or simply Mahjong-curious, this event is all about coming together, having fun, and enjoying the relaxed charm of the ranch.

1:00pm - 3:30pm = Session 1 play
3:30pm - 4:00pm = snack break and switch tables
4:00pm - 6:30pm = Session 2 play
6:30pm - 7:30pm = break
7:30pm dinner, socializing, leisure time

8:00am - 9:00am = breakfast
9:00am - 11:30am = Session 3 play
11:30am - 12:30pm = boxed to go lunches, check-out and departure
Accommodations
Lodge rooms and cabins are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Accommodations will be assigned based on availability during registration. Photos of all accommodations are available on our website. Registration may be completed on this page through the form below. Guest contact information and arrival date are required at the time of registration. Full payment is required at the time of registration and is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, a refund may be issued once an alternate guest has been secured and their payment has been received.
All lodge rooms are located in the main lodge and feature private bathrooms, robes, and electronic key code security. Cabins include a private bathroom, full kitchen, living room area, fireplace, and a front porch with rocking chairs.

Single occupancy room $500 per person all inclusive pricing / double occupancy room $395 per person all inclusive
Lodge Room 1 - one queen bed / ADA accessible / main floor
Lodge Room 2 - one queen bed / main floor
Lodge Room 3 - one king bed / one pullout sleeper sofa / 2nd floor

Cabin Pricing
$600 per person all inclusive
Cabin 2 - one private king bedroom / one XL twin sleeping nook in the living room area / ADA accessible to include ramp to porch and front door
Cabin 3 - two private king bedrooms (minimum of two people and maximum of four people to book this cabin)
Cabin 4 - two private king bedrooms (minimum of two people and maximum of four people to book this cabin)
Cabin 5 - one private king bedroom and one private bedroom with two XL twin beds (minimum of two people and maximum of four people to book this cabin)
Early Arrival Add-On
*For an additional $225 per person you can arrive for check-in on Friday, February 13th which includes;
Check-in between 5:30pm to 7:00pm with heavy hors d’oeuvres, nonalcoholic beverages, and 2 glasses of wine per person, overnight accommodations, and breakfast on Saturday morning. Mahj tables will be set up for anyone who wants to play on Friday evening or you can just relax and enjoy leisure time. (You must stay in the same lodge room or cabin for both Friday and Saturday night).
What to Know Before You Play
Friendly play but we will keep score. Must have some experience and be able to play independently.
BYOB - Feel free to bring any alcoholic beverages you would like. We do not have a bar onsite to purchase alcohol.
